SHIPPING POLICY

We ships worldwide to nearly every country across the global, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.We also offer free flat rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.

Order confirmation

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email with confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Processing

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 12 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 1-2 business days depending on stock availability.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.

Shipping

Our partners with major international shipping companies to offer different methods. You can choose your prefered shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

CANADA:10-15 DAYS BY CANADA POST

AUSTRALIA:6-12DAYS BY AUSTRALIA POST

UK: 6-8 DAYS BY Royal mail

FRANCE GERMANY ITALY SPAIN :5-10 DAYS BY Hermes

OTHER COUNTRY:10-20 DAYS BY LOCAL POST

 


    There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

    WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
    We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@minemega. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

    I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
    If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at sale@minemega. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

    MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
    We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

    If this happens to you, please contact us with:
        - Your order number.
        - A picture of the damaged product.
    Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
